Villa Rosita began life as a much loved family home. Every vase, every painting, every piece of furniture was chosen with care, to make something elegant and calm beside the ocean.
In the years since, it has hosted families and groups gathering for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and for nothing more than the pleasure of being together. There is room to bring everyone into one place, and just as much room to slip away from them for an hour.
The village of Tegal Besar keeps the outside world at a distance. Here on the East Coast, the pace is slower and the coastline still belongs to the fishermen. It is the Bali people hope to find and rarely do.
A dedicated in-villa team looks after everything: a villa manager, a chef, butlers and villa attendants, and security around the clock.
Everything is taken care of, so the time is yours.
Living Area
Living Room
This spacious open plan living area features two dedicated seating areas. One with large L-shaped sofas, facing the 80inch flat screen smart TV, with an integrated sound system, with a second isolated living space with sofa and arm chairs looking out to the infinity pool and the ocean. Creating a welcoming space to gather or simply sit back and enjoy the views beyond.
Dining Room
Located on the ground floor beside the living room, the main dining area centres around a large table seating up to 10 guests, with additional chairs available on request. Open to views of the infinity pool, ocean, and surrounding coastline, it provides a natural gathering place for shared meals throughout the day.
Kitchen
As part of Villa Rosita’s fully serviced experience, the kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking equipment. Including a coffee machine, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. A dedicated villa chef is included in the villa rate with an extensive menu available including, Western, Indian and Balinese specialities as well as traditional coconut shell BBQ. Meals are charged separately through our grocery system. The staff purchase all necessary ingredients and then you pay the actual cost of the groceries/ingredients on the receipts, plus a 20% service charge to cover ingredient sourcing, transport, and kitchen operations.
The Pool
An 18-metre infinity pool that looks like it dissolves into the ocean. The sound of the sea carries up from the black sand below, and the view shifts through the day. Fisherman taking to the sea early morning, the long slow blue of the afternoon, and the sky turning as evening comes in.
Whether you choose to take a book to the oceanfront bale. Play on the lawn. Stretch out on a day bed beneath an umbrella with your own playlist on the poolside speakers or simply watch the waves.
The outdoor dining pavilion and lounge sit a few steps away, sheltered from the sun but open to the breeze. It is where balmy Bali days tend to end, with long dinners under a sky thick with stars, or curled on a sofa as the sea offers a rhythmic sound track to your day.

BEDROOM 1
Downstairs Ocean View Master Suite
As the largest bedroom at Villa Rosita, this spacious ground floor master suite gives you direct access to the infinity pool and ocean views, in addition to an outside seated area. Positioned beside the living and dining areas making it more accessible for those who are not comfortable with the stairs or upper floors. It features a king size four poster bed and ensuite bathroom, with work area, wardrobe and safety deposit box.
BEDROOM 2
Upstairs Ocean View Suite
Spacious and filled with natural light, this spacious upstairs bedroom features a king sized bed. Complete with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and safety deposit box. It offers a comfortable place to return to after a day spent by the sea.
BEDROOM 3
Upstairs Ocean View Suite with Jacuzzi
A private balcony opens to panoramic ocean views, bringing the coastline into sight from the moment you step outside. Inside, a king sized bed, sofa area, safety deposit box, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a hot jacuzzi bath, every detail has been designed to provide a comfortable and restful stay.
BEDROOM 4
Upstairs Volcano & Garden View Suite
Positioned at the rear of Villa Rosita’s upper floor, this bedroom enjoys views across the tropical gardens towards Mount Agung in the distance. Configured with either a king sized bed or twin beds to suit your needs, it features fitted wardrobes, safety deposit box and an ensuite bathroom, and lounge seating offering flexibility to suit a range of sleeping arrangements.
BEDROOM 5
Upstairs Volcano & Garden View Balcony Suite
Overlooking Villa Rosita’s tropical gardens, this upstairs bedroom opens onto a private balcony, where you can relax on the large lounge chairs looking out to Mount Agung visible in the distance. Adjoining Bedroom 6 through a shared bathroom, it works particularly well for families or groups travelling together while still offering a welcome sense of privacy.
BEDROOM 6
Upstairs Bunk Bed Bedroom
Designed for flexibility, this stand alone bedroom has its own private entrance and two adult sized bunk beds, making it suitable for both children and adults. A lounge chair adds a comfortable place to relax, while the shared bathroom with Bedroom 5 makes it especially convenient for families or groups staying together. (please note no wardrobes or clothes storage in the room it shares with Bedroom 5).
BEDROOM 7
Upstairs Twin/Double Bedroom
Whether arranged with a king sized bed or twin beds, this upstairs bedroom gives larger groups added flexibility without feeling separate from the rest of the villa. Complete with its own ensuite bathroom, dressing table and double wardrobes with safety deposit box, it offers the same comfort and privacy found throughout Villa Rosita, making it a practical addition when extra sleeping space is needed.

We have good quality extra beds and also a cot bed for infants that can be put into any of the main 5 bedrooms upon request, although additional charges may apply. Leisure Facilities
The Gym & Games Room
At the back of the villa, a private gym means the routine doesn’t have to pause while you’re away.
A treadmill and cycling machine for the cardio, free weights and TRX bands for everything else, and a heavy bag for anyone who prefers a more aggressive workout.
Alongside sits a pool table, for the evenings when the training is done and something more relaxed takes over.
Yoga & Personal Training
The lawns run wide and open, framed by the natural landscape and the ocean beyond. Space enough to move, and quiet enough to be still.
Meditation at first light, yoga as the sea comes awake, or a personal training session with nothing around you but green and blue. Our team can arrange whatever you need, whenever it suits you.
Massages
There is no need to take it in turns. Villa Rosita has two massage tables, so treatments can be enjoyed side by side, in the open air with the ocean stretching out beyond you.
Our team can arrange therapists to come to the villa whenever suits – after a long flight, before dinner, or at the end of a slow day by the pool.
Bathrooms
Every bedroom has its own ensuite, with Bedrooms 5 and 6 sharing, an arrangement that suits families travelling with children.
The upstairs ocean view suites are the most indulgent. Bedroom 2 has a bathtub, and Bedroom 3 a jacuzzi. Every other ensuite has rainfall and directional showers.
Fresh towels, hairdryers, and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided as standard.
There are also additional bathrooms by the Poolside Pavilion, and off the lounge next to the dining area.
Due to the villa’s prime oceanfront location, the sound of the sea can be heard inside, particularly on windier nights. During periods of strong surf, the impact of the waves may also be felt around the infinity pool and outdoor areas.
