Access

Standard rental rate is based on 5 bedrooms/maximum 10 guests. With full access to all facilities of the villa, however to use the 6 or 7th bedroom or have more than 10 guests charges apply.

Notes

Villa Rosita has played host to many a celebration and wedding, the Oceanfront location and spectacular views make it a popular choice. If you wish to hold an event at the villa please contact us directly, as there may be additional event fees, depending on the number of people for the event and the duration and preparation required for the event. Our dedicated Chef is included in the price of the villa, however the cost of the food is against charge. We operate a groceries system meaning that you will pay the receipts for the cost of the ingredients for any meals or food plus a 20% villa charge. Drinking water, Local tea and filter coffee are included as standard in the rental rate.

Smoking in outside areas only

Any event/guest party involving outside guests, suppliers, live entertainment is against charge and needs to be pre approved prior to your stay date.

Fireworks are not allowed

Cancellation policy

For guest cancellation requests made more than 30 days before check-in during low, and mid seasons, and more than 60 days before check-in during high and peak seasons, we will refund the full deposit amount (50% of the total), minus a US$50 administration fee & any applicable bank charges or exchange rate differences. For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, the obligation to pay the second payment (50% of the total amount) will be waived. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. For event bookings, if guests cancel at least 7 days before the check-in date, all payments for optional extras (event fees, Banjar payments, security deposits) will be fully refunded. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of check-in, we reserve the right to deduct any costs already incurred in good faith from the refund. These costs may include Banjar fees, as well as expenses for food, drink, and/or villa decorations. We highly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen emergencies affecting their stay, as well as cancellation insurance to cover any emergency situations that might alter their travel plans.
