Visit the official Indonesian immigration website to apply.

ON ARRIVAL

Make Sure You Have a Return Ticket

Make sure you have a confirmed return or onward ticket. Immigration officers may ask to see this.

If you don’t have one, the immigration officer might ask you to book one on the spot before you are allowed entry.

Keep a Digital e-VOA

Keep a digital copy of your e-VOA on your phone, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

Tip: Screenshots work, but a saved PDF is clearer.

Registration with Local Authorities

Indonesian law requires all visitors to register with local authorities. Don’t worry! The villa staff will handle this for you. Just provide your passport and complete the registration form.

Complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass

Starting September 2024, all international travelers to Indonesia must complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass upon arrival due to the Mpox Public Health Emergency.

Tip: Fill out the form in advance for a smooth entry.

EXTRA TIPS

Make Use of the E-Gates

If you’re over 14, have a biometric passport, and have already obtained your e-VOA, use the e-gates for a super-speedy immigration process.

Customs Declaration Hack

Save time at customs by filling out your customs declaration online the day before your flight.

Prepare Mosquito Repellent

Bali is a tropical island, so insects are inevitable. It’s best to pack your own bottle of insect repellent for extra protection.
