The Urban Retreat truly lives up to its name, it’s an absolute treat ☺️ From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless, with excellent communication and support throughout. Lisa and her team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating with every request. I booked the entire complex for my 40th birthday to celebrate with family and friends, and it’s easily become my favourite place to stay. Each of the three villas is stunning, with its own unique style and charm. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they prepared a fantastic breakfast each morning. Having a gym onsite was also a great bonus. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, with bars, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. I highly recommend The Urban Retreat Villas—you won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back 🫶🏽

The team at the urban retreat were amazing. We had our large family hire out the villas & the team went above & beyond. The villas are beautiful & made our stay so much more comfy & if we needed anything the team we’re so willing & ready to help. Close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommend

Incredible host with fabulous staff and facilities. Everyone was caring and took care of everything we could think of before we even thought of it. We had meals cooked in Villa and it was incredible to see the team working together and having a wonderful time. I’ve now returned home and I miss them all so much. Such beautiful and genuine people ❤️

The 3 villas are well thought out. We booked out all 3 villas (approximately 18 people) for a 40th birthday and were not disappointed. From USB-A and USB-C charging ports located throughout the rooms(no need for adaptors) and Bluetooth sound systems surrounding the pool and main dining areas all our needs were covered for entertainment purposes. The staff were always on hand to help, cook and clean and no queries were too small or too big. Highly recommend ☺️

We stayed in Villa Satu for 5 days in January and the staff went over and above to accommodate us. We booked at very short notice due to our stay at another villa not working out. Despite booking at midnight, everyone at Urban Retreat ensured the villa was available for us to check in with our two young children early the next day. They were also very accommodating around a late check-out. The villa was cleaned perfectly everyday, and always at a time convenient to us. The staff were responsive through WhatsApp whenever we had any requests, and they were lovely with our children, too. Location-wise, the Seminyak traffic makes taking taxis anywhere take a little longer, but if you're happy walking it's great. It was also reassuring having security outside the villa at all times, so we all felt very secure. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Urban Retreat!

I booked this villa at the last minute, we chose it as it was so close to the main bars and resteraunts in seminyak and saw that it was a new villa. In the end, we spent of our time chilling in the villa as it was so comfortable, with Gede making us a morning coffee each day. Great location and beautiful villa. We only wish we had booked for longer !! Thank you Gede and staff, we will definitely be back

This is such a cool villa, we loved it! We just wanted somewhere to chill close to the airport before flying home and this worked out perfectly for us it had everything we needed and there are loads of places nearby to eat or go for a drink. We would definitely recommend it.

All the facilities of the villa were just as great and beautiful as the pictures. I was very satisfied with the meal they prepared for us every day, and if I asked for any requirements, they received and took care of the request immediately. Wayan and all of our staff are immaculately friendly and have a great spirit of service. Thank you so much. I made a lot of good memories.

It’s the latest villa in the Urban Retreats collection, with four ensuite bedrooms, a private pool lined with daybeds, and a living area that opens straight out to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, the 70-inch Smart TV comes with a proper sound system for movie nights, and the rooftop terrace works just as well for morning yoga as it does for watching the sun go down.

The villa leans modern but keeps a few Balinese details, local art, tropical greenery, the kind of mix that gives the place character without overdoing it. There’s room for an in-villa cook to handle meals, and the WiFi is fast enough to keep everyone happy. Villa Tiga suits families, couples, or a group of friends, whether you’re heading out to see Bali or planning to barely leave the pool.

The kitchen is set up for actual cooking, rice cooker, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, plus pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and wine glasses, with a dining table big enough for everyone. After dinner, the Smart TV and JBL sound system take over, backed by 100+ Mbps WiFi, and a desk and chair are there if you need to get some work done. Every room has air conditioning, ceiling fans, rain showers, fresh linens and towels, and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Closets, drawers, hangers, an iron with ironing facilities, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe cover the rest, with a small library for slower moments and a fire extinguisher on hand just in case.

Outdoor

The villa sits behind a gated entrance with its own private way in and paid parking on-site. Out back, the pool is the centerpiece, with a deck and patio around it, outdoor seating for lazy afternoons, and a barbecue with utensils ready when you feel like cooking outside. A balcony and terrace give you a few extra spots to settle in, the garden adds some greenery, and outdoor lighting keeps things going after dark.

Two floors and 400 m² of space, with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread across the villa. WiFi runs at 250+ Mbps, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected between stays. Breakfast, coffee, and tea are sorted in the morning, and check-in is in person and available 24 hours, with a concierge on hand and bedroom locks for privacy. Families are well looked after with a high chair, baby bath, kids’ dinnerware, books and toys, and babysitter recommendations on request.
