Booking and Eligibility Conditions
- Minimum Stay Requirement: A confirmed reservation of three (3) consecutive nights is required to qualify. Any modification reducing the stay below three nights forfeits all promotional benefits.
- Direct Booking Exclusivity: Valid only for reservations made directly through Boutique Villas’ official website or booking channels. Not valid with any other offer unless agreed in advance.
- Subject to Availability: The offer applies to selected June to August 2026 dates and is withdrawn once those dates are booked. Boutique Villas reserves the right to define and publish peak season dates.
- Payment and Cancellation: The payment and cancellation policy of the reserved rate plan applies and must be agreed at the time of booking.

Any cancellation or modification that reduces the stay below the two (2) night minimum or falls outside the advance booking window will result in the forfeiture of all included benefits/discounts.

Key Eligibility Requirements
- Strict Booking Window: This promotional rate is exclusively available for reservations made twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date. Bookings confirmed outside of this 28-day window are ineligible for the 35% discount.
- Rate Type and Guarantee: The 35% discount applies only to the published Room Rate and does not extend to incidental charges, taxes, resort fees, or added-value packages. Due to the steep discount and last-minute nature, the rate offered under this promotion is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking, and no date changes or cancellations are permitted.

Non-Refundable Rate Terms & Conditions
- Booking Policy
- This rate offers discounted pricing in exchange for a strict cancellation policy.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or within 48 hours to confirm the reservation.
- Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Cancellation & Amendments
- Bookings under this rate cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded for any reason, including travel changes, flight issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shortened stays or early departures are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking value.
- Date Changes & Name Transfers
- Date changes and name changes are not permitted.
- Guests requiring flexibility should book our Early Booking or Standard Rate Plans, which allow changes up to 30 days before arrival.
- Payment
- Payment must be made within 48 hours by bank transfer or credit card.
- A 3% fee applies to credit card payments; all bank transfer fees must be covered by the payer.
- Payments are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any currency conversions shown online are for reference only the full Indonesian amount quoted needs to be sent.
- Force Majeure
- In the case of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or events beyond our control, Boutique Villas Bali may offer a future stay credit at its discretion.
- No monetary refunds will be issued for Non-Refundable bookings.
- Other Conditions
- All guests must comply with villa house rules and occupancy limits.
- Check-in and check-out times are as stated in your confirmation email.

Polaroid Promotion – Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
- Available for all guests staying at any Urban Retreat Villa.
- One Polaroid camera and 10-sheet film pack provided per villa booking.
- Valid for direct bookings only, unless otherwise agreed.
- Pre-booking is required.
- Camera & Film Use
- Guests receive one camera and a 10-sheet film pack to use during their stay.
- Additional film can be purchased, subject to availability.
- Guests are responsible for proper use of the camera and film as instructed.
- Guest Participation
- Guests are encouraged to capture moments from their stay.
- Leaving one Polaroid photo for the villa memory wall/book is optional but appreciated.
- Loss or Damage
- Cameras must be returned at checkout.
- Any loss, damage, or missing items (including unused film) will incur a replacement or repair fee.
- Social Media Sharing
- Guests are welcome (but not required) to share Polaroid moments and tag @boutiquevillas.bali and @theurbanretreatbali.
- Participation grants permission for Boutique Villas Bali to reshare content on its platforms.
- General Conditions
- The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
